That could be said for every scenario. Even Andartes' World War I fails because some noob always has to quit. And that only requires 10 players, whereas the average all-encompassing WWII scenario includes upwards of 12 players.

True WWII works well in casual games

Yes..
maybe because ppl have more time there and dont have to leave?
The problem with balanced scenarios is that you need all the people for it to be balanced.
For true WWII it's 18 people and always someone has to leave early.

BTW, just because only one WWII scenario is really popular that just happens to go by the name of "True World War II" (to reflect the focus on historical accuracy) doesn't make all of them like it. Change the title. Barbarossa 6 player is quite good by the way, though it only simulates one theatre of the conflict.

You can't really talk because you don't play scenarios anyway.
It's not as good as his World War I. Not even close. Now that's a really good scenario.

i have played all those scenarios, i don't enjoy them, alot of the skill in afterwind is sensible expansion, scenarios remove this, also if someone leaves, which will certainly happen, it will ruin any balance that the creator tried (and most likely failed) to add.
Yet, you would know this if you played Afterwind enough.

Don't you know what a scenario is? it's just a game with a fancy picture where the goal is to quit as soon as possible, making it unfair.
trust me,i've seen alot
