If there's a battle nearby, the wall wont work/connect. Should solve literally everything.

If there's a battle in the radius of x range around a city, a new wall will not be made. If someone tries to rewall, it will not work because there's a battle nearby and the new walls will not connect. This also applies to serbwall.

What if you want to wall a neutral city and take it on the same turn?

There could be an exception about a battles in a cities. Walls would register if there are battles in cities nearby, but won't if the battle is outside a city on an external unit.

This wont solve the problem and creates other problems. For example killing a wf and walling will be no longer possible.

There could be another exception for that. The aggressive player in the battle wont be affected. So you can kill a wf unit and then wall.

Then how many exceptions are we gonna make?

EDITED:
If there's a unit, that is making an own wall nearby(within 1 tile), the wall wont work/connect. Should solve literally everything.
