Clan size limit

Make clans have a max size of 20, therefore it would make people create more clans creating a more competitive community. Go ahead and tell me any benefits of these clans we have with 100+ players, all it does is cause mass ally flagging and a decrease in overall community skill.

More clans means varied levels of skill promoting lower rank clans to form and face off promoting growth. You act like these massive clans train players any ways, its evident by the lack of skill, that they do not, and they use the quantity of there clan as a social status rather then actually training them.

You are saying this as the basis, from a outsiders viewpoint. I disarray that I must have to agree that a clan is a status symbol.

The success of its members should be the status symbol not the quantity of its members.

Agreed, but by limiting clan membership you force out opportunities to alot of low rank's who don't even know what a clan is.

But my point stands these massive clans are not promoting the growth of players they are just hoarding players to increase there size.

You must note that most large clans, the majority of the clan is inactive. The active members that are in the other hand are improving and increasing their rank with help.

Your missing the point entirely, Smaller clans are more personable, more community driven, and better equipped to teach new folks how to play the game. Nothing you have said promotes how a larger clan is more efficient then a smaller one.

Small companies that will always fail? Or several big casual groups of players, and a few small knit competitive players? Speaking from a competitive player standpoint of course you believe that smaller clans are better, but you can only see one side of the story

What leads you to believe they will fail? I'm a map maker, a scenario player, and a competitive player, who better then I to make a suggestion such as this? You? An rp flag desperately holding on to his useless 100 member clan with no evidence that it helps players what so ever? Your just blindly attacking me because if this amazing idea would be implimented your false little reality that you built would come crashing down. All you got is your 100 player clan, you have no skill, you have no ability to train people, and you cant make maps, I 100% understand why you would want to fight against this, but you cant fight a great idea such as this if you can't even come up with a comprehensive arguement as to why it would be bad, or at the very least a single benefit to the community a clan such as yours brings to the game. 20 was a suggestion ofcourse it can go up, maybe 30 or possibly incentivise people to participate in Cw season start at 20 for each clan, 1st place gets 5 extra spots 2nd gets 3 3rd gets 1. Maximum of 50. It's a brand new idea so no I dont think I have the support yet but give it time and lets see what happens.

Competition fosters growth, do other games have it wrong? Like overwatch and league of legends. It's simple really, remove everyone from the existing clans, except founders, then they pick up the members they wish to retain.

Your talking about preventing growth, most high ranking player's will band together and play to improve their own clan, and leave the low rank's behind. Also remove everyone from their existing clans? I personally doubt that this will be done.

I disagree with Asylan. Although a clan is important, when I was R4-6, I got helped by people without being in a clan. I completely agree with what HellRaiser said, clans with 500 players are just too ridiculously big.

I agree that clans with hundreds of players are just ridiculous, but 20 may be too low of a limit. 30 sounds more reasonable, and even then it's a little restricting for the inactives who just chill in the clan. Overall the idea is good though to prevent clans with hundreds of low ranks that serve no purpose

Your going in circles now, lower rank clans would form and be able to play one another creating another tier of competition between pros and noobs. It's only natural as more clans means more diversity in skill.
