Introducing two new unlockable Strategies:

Great Combinator
Advanced Strategy, which requires Tanks and Infantry to always stick together. Tanks get +1 HP and +1 attack, but -3 defence (bringing it down to 1). Infantry gets +1 HP and +1 defence, but -3 attack.

Iron Fist
Your army uses heavier and less vulnerable units - however, they come with the increased cost and slower movement. +3 HP, +20 cost, -2 movement for all units.


In addition, Militia gained +1 HP in the Perfect Defence strategy, while Tanks got -1 HP. In Tank General, Infantry and Militia got -1 HP, while Tanks gained +1 HP. (Changes retracted)

How bout a strategy, Iron and Blood.

For infatr, marines, soldiers. +1 everything, but weakers tanks -1 everything

How about a strategy where everything is almost perfect? All stats are fairly balanced, a la 5 atk/5 def for Tanks, 3 atk/3 def for Militia, etc?

I won't use then, since it doesn't fit my playstyle but it's a good option to vary the battlefield. Good job!

Cool name, but I am getting owned left and right using Iron Fist. the +3 hp is not enough to offset the bonus other players get in attacking from competing strategies (e.g. Tanks on tank gen), so your units just get crushed left and right by similar size stacks. Add to that everything is +20, and -range, and you get recipe for lose. Unless I am not doing it right... Perfect defense is more effective since it reduces cost of units, doesn't reduce range, and gives you +def bonuses to infantry.

Right now it's +2 HP, actually. +3 HP might be necessary if the Strategy proves to be too weak.

Yes, this system seems more versatile.But it still needs a few tweakings.

Learster invited me to do some test, and the hp added more in attack than in defence with the iron fist strategy.

This the "famous" balance thing I was speaking in the post about the poll.

We understand that units shouldn't be very different, but when a unit is dedicated to def, it should def better than a unit dedicated to attack. (hard to explain in english I apologize for my poor english one more time)

Keep up the good work, the system just need a few tweaks, and we'll help you to find them.

I think he's just trolling...but yes the strategy is a definite loser. IMO it *might* be worth testing if all it did was give +2 HP to all units. The -2 range is too crippling. You can't make it anywhere in 1 turn without air transports. And the added cost is just another negative.

I'd use it if it were +4 hp, and cheaper transports.
